Nyidier is a dedicated Community Services professional with over seven years of experience supporting young people, families, and individuals living with disabilities. She holds a Diploma of Community Services and a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Her professional experience includes case management, disability support, youth work, child protection, and working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework.
In addition, Nyidier has more than two years of experience as a Team Leader within the disability sector, supporting staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services. Her leadership experience has strengthened her ability to guide teams, promote best practices, and maintain a strong focus on quality care and positive client outcomes.
Nyidier is currently working as a Case Manager at Ampe Akweke, where she supports pregnant women, mothers, and children by providing case management, advocacy, and practical assistance to improve health, wellbeing, and family outcomes. In this role, she works closely with families, community services, and healthcare providers to ensure clients receive the support they need to achieve their goals and access appropriate resources.
